My adventures with the Monopoly Hotels game from Electronic Arts. I'll warn you this game is addictive, but it's a great learning tool for anyone interested in real estate or business in general. Sadly, I am a slow learner ...

ALL-NEW Attraction: The Statue of Liberty Room!
This week, in addition to the 50% off gold rooms, EA has also introduced a new attraction, the Statue of Liberty Room. It's an Attraction, so it can go in all the regular hotels, just like any of the Guest Rooms - not in the Zoo, the Aquarium or the Museum, though.
As it happens to make its debut during a 50% off sale, this room is currently available for 850 gold (I suppose full price will be double that, 1,700 gold bars).
It takes up 8 squares in your hotel and the yield is M$22,500,000 and 300,000 experience points every 12 hours.
That averages out to M$234,375 and 3,125 XP per square every hour.
Not bad at all ... but there is an argument to be made that the Disco Bowl may be a better bargain ... after all, it only costs 325 gold and pays out M$10,312,500.
But that is just the immediate impression.
The Disco Bowl only averages M$57,291.57 and 1,111 XP per square per hour, so definitely grab the Statue of Liberty if you're looking for a high-yielding attraction - not to mention yet another pretty entry in your Guest Book!
